I missed publishing an INsight last week because I was at the 99th America’s Beauty Show (ABS) in Chicago with over 16,000 of my close personal friends. It was a fabulous show, full of inspiration and energy.

While I was there, I had a marketing epiphany. Maybe, just maybe, we’re not understanding the new dimensions of marketing as well as we could.
